Ltd. for housekeeping trash and garbage collection services. The BPA was issued on February 11, 2026, and expires on February 28, 2029. The contract is a fixed-price agreement with no minimum purchase obligation; the Embassy estimates total purchase volume of 562,500.00 SAR, with a maximum single purchase of USD $15,000.00 and total contract ceiling of USD $250,000.00. Services include daily trash collection from ten 1,100-liter bins and twice-monthly construction debris collection from one 20-cubic-yard dumpster. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, perform collection between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM daily, and maintain cleaned and sanitized bins. The contractor is responsible for all repairs and replacements at no cost to the Government.
Eight authorized Embassy employees are designated to place orders under the BPA, each with a 56,250.00 SAR dollar limitation. Delivery tickets must accompany all shipments with specified information, and summary invoices shall be submitted monthly or upon BPA expiration. The contractor accepted the BPA on February 12, 2026. Value Added Tax (VAT) is priced separately and not included in the fixed service rates. The agreement incorporates FAR and DOSAR clauses by reference, including provisions for Defense Base Act insurance, combating trafficking in persons, contractor identification, and various compliance and labor standards requirements. Services are ordered through monthly BPA calls specifying descriptions, quantities, and prices, with fund obligations occurring at the time calls are placed.
