This is a sole source acquisition, as Dassault Systemes is the only provider for this requirement. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract under simplified acquisition procedures. The government is seeking capability statements, proposals, or quotations from responsible sources that can meet the requirement within the specified timeframe. The contract specialist and an Ombudsman have been identified for any inquiries related to this acquisition.
