About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (Form PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Board of Governors. It describes the agency's intent to enter a single-source contract for providing advanced Oracle Application Express architecture and implementation support services. The services will assist the Board Office staff in optimizing the Oracle Application Express environment, evaluating and tuning applications, implementing new features, integrating external services and Single Sign On, and developing REST API connections. The contract term is for 3 years. The estimated value of the contract is $204,000.
The justification for the single-source procurement is that Insum Solutions is the only organization that can provide the required assistance, as they are the developers of the Insum AuthZ product that is needed to integrate with the agency's existing applications. Insum Solutions also has unique experience with other integrations required for this project. The agency is currently short-staffed on developers, and engaging Insum Solutions is expected to meet the required delivery deadlines.
