The contractor is responsible for coordinating scheduling and access, disposing of all waste at approved facilities with documentation provided upon request, and reporting any identified deficiencies. Deliverables include confirmation of completion, estimated gallons removed, disposal manifests, and identified deficiencies. Work shall be completed safely and efficiently with minimal operational disruption to the institution complex.

Statement of Work :
Removal and Cleaning of Gray Water, Grease, and Non-Potable Water Storage Tanks
1. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, tools, cleaning agents, disposal services, and incidentals necessary to remove, transport, and properly dispose of accumulated gray water, grease, sludge, sediment, and non-potable water from designated storage tanks located throughout the institution complex.
The contractor shall thoroughly clean each tank to remove residual grease buildup, standing liquids, sediment accumulation, and other debris to restore tanks to operational condition.
2. Locations and Tank Capacities FPC – (Camp) 1 Tank – 7,200 Gallons FCI Low (FCIL) – 2 Tanks – 6,000 Gallons Each FCI Medium (FCIM) – 1 Tank – 12,000 Gallons USP – 2 Tanks – 6,000 Gallons Each

3. Contractor Responsibilities
- Pump, remove, and transport all contents.
- Provide vacuum trucks, pumps, hoses, pressure washing equipment, and cleaning tools.
- Provide all cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Remove grease buildup and residual materials.
- Dispose of waste per all applicable regulations.
- Leave work areas clean and operational.
- Coordinate scheduling and access.
- Report deficiencies observed.
4. Disposal Requirements Dispose of all waste at approved facilities and provide documentation upon request.
5. Equipment and Supplies Vacuum pumping equipment, pressure washing equipment, transport vehicles, cleaning chemicals, spill containment, PPE, and specialized tools.
6. Performance Requirements Work shall be completed safely and efficiently with minimal operational disruption.
