About this file

This document is an Addendum #4 related to a solicitation issued by a county for the Purchase of Pistols and Accessories. The addendum summarizes a question and answer regarding the trade process for the solicitation. Specifically, the county explains that once the Board of Commissioners approves the award, a purchase order will be issued to the awarded vendor for the total of Section A. The vendor will then issue a credit memo for the amount in Section B once the traded firearms are delivered. The vendor will be paid the difference between Section A and Section B.

The addendum requires the bidder to sign and return it with their bid, and failure to do so may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
