No specific term length or renewal options are detailed in the RFQ. Preference will be given to firms with Colorado presence and experience. The City will evaluate proposals based on understanding of work, technical skills, team expertise, familiarity with local and state procedures, client references, cost approach, ability to meet deadlines and budgets, and compliance with submission requirements. The selected firm will be paid on invoices as satisfactory work is completed under the City's standard Services Agreement and must maintain required insurance coverage. No specific funding amount or incumbent information is provided in the RFQ.
