About this file
This document is a Bidder Declaration (form GSPD-05-105) for a California state contract opportunity. The form requires the prime bidder to identify any subcontractors they will use, indicate their own California certifications, and provide details on the subcontractors' certifications, the work they will perform, and their percentage of the overall contract. The related state and local contract opportunity is for the modification of an existing truck for welding purposes. The contract covers multiple jurisdictions in Madera County, California, including Madera Ranchos CDP, Madera Acres CDP, Corte Madera Town, and Madera City.
The Bidder Declaration form does not provide details on the pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or other salient information about the contract opportunity. The focus is on gathering information about the prime bidder and any proposed subcontractors to ensure compliance with California certification requirements and the provision of a commercially useful function.
