The purchaser agrees to pick up recyclable materials in strict accordance with the conditions listed in the bid solicitation and the following conditions:

1. Payments will be made by Certified Check or Postal Money Order made payable to the US Treasury, shall be received by the MCB CAMLEJ QRP Office no longer than fifteen (15) days , excluding holidays, from the date of the invoice for no less than the amount invoiced. All billing weights will be based on the QRP’s base scales weight tickets.

Buyer will exercise caution and all operations on the property of the United Sates and to assume full liability for all damage to said property.

2. Purchaser shall save and hold the United States harmless for all damages to property or injury to all persons arising from the use of this sales agreement or for any damages which may result from the removal of said designated materials.

3. The government may terminate sales agreements by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the Buyer.

4. The Buyer understands that the government will not refund to the Buyer any portion of the amount of consideration set forth above.
