This is a bid sheet for RFB 605 2200000302, a Nuclear Density Meters Maintenance and Repairs solicitation issued by an unspecified Cabinet agency. The procurement requires vendors to bid on three line items: calibration and maintenance of five nuclear density meters per ISO/IEC 17025 Block Calibration standards, including routine maintenance, mechanical inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement; replacement of one nuclear density meter that meets compliance requirements of ASTM D6938, D2950, C1040 and AASHTO T310, T355 standards with specified features including digital backlit keypad, dual-mode measurement capabilities, multiple count time options, onboard data storage for at least 50 tests, and a minimum 12-month warranty; and labor services billed hourly for density meter repairs requiring Cabinet written approval and estimates prior to work commencement. Vendors must bid all line items to be considered for award, and the bid sheet requires vendors to specify a response time in calendar days following receipt of a delivery order.
