About this file
This is a solicitation notification document from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the procurement of a hydraulic rotating derrick truck-mounted equipment. The solicitation (Bonfire Reference #601440000052145) seeks a truck-mounted derrick with a minimum 20,000 pounds lift capacity when the boom is retracted and set at 78 degrees (±2 degrees), in accordance with TxDOT39-0 specifications. Respondents must register through the Euna Procurement website (formerly Bonfire) and submit responses through the TxDOT Procurement Portal at https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/. All solicitation updates, addendums, questions and answers, and changes will be posted on the website, and respondents are required to monitor it regularly. The opening date specified on the posting serves as the due date for response submission, and responses received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, award dates, or contract duration in the available information. TxDOT utilizes the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code to standardize purchases and selects vendors from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL). New suppliers wishing to provide materials, equipment, and services to TxDOT must apply to the CMBL, while existing vendors should verify their current information and applicable NIGP classifications are correct. For procurement inquiries, vendors may contact Chester Osborne at Chester.Osborne@txdot.gov or 713-835-4437. Additional support and vendor registration information is available through Euna Solutions.

USE OF NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING CODE
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) uses the National Institute of governmental Purchasing, Inc., (NIGP) code to standardize purchases by conforming to the class, item, and group structure of the code. The NIGP code is used to select vendors for our master vendor file from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL).
New suppliers and other vendors wishing to furnish materials, equipment, supplies and services to TxDOT should apply to be on the CMBL to receive bidding opportunities.
Existing TxDOT vendors need only be concerned that the information listed on the CMBL file is correct, and that the applicable NIGP class and item are selected for those you can provide.
CMBL information is available online at: https://comptroller.texas.gov/purchasing/vendor/cmbl/ or by phoning 512-463-3459.
