About this file

This is a Bid Notice issued by Valley Water for an On-Call Environmental Site Assessments/Hazardous Substance Liability Assessments (ESAs/HSLAs), Remediation, Storm Water Management, and Engineering Services contract. The notice solicits proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide comprehensive environmental services on an as-needed basis, including Hazardous Substance Liability Assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, Asbestos-containing Materials and Lead-based Paint Surveys, Remedial Design, and Storm Water Management and Engineering services. The contract is structured as an on-call agreement, meaning services will be requested on a project-by-project basis as Valley Water determines the need. The notice specifies submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and the process for selecting qualified vendors to provide these services throughout the contract term.

The contract will be awarded to qualified firms capable of delivering multiple environmental and engineering services. Valley Water intends to establish relationships with one or more contractors to support ongoing environmental assessment and remediation activities. The solicitation emphasizes the importance of demonstrated experience, technical qualifications, and the ability to respond promptly to service requests. Pricing will be evaluated as part of the selection process, with consideration given to the firm's qualifications, past performance, and proposed rates for various environmental services. The on-call nature of the contract allows Valley Water flexibility in managing environmental liabilities and infrastructure improvements without the need for individual competitive procurements for each project.
