About this file
This is a Response Evaluation Scorecard template used by the Division of Marine Fisheries for evaluating procurement responses. The document outlines the scoring methodology for evaluating bids, with Tracy Pugh serving as the Procurement Team Leader, alongside evaluators D. Perry and J. Swinford. The scoring system uses a 0-5 point scale, ranging from "No Score" (0 points) to "Excellent" (5 points).
The evaluation criteria focus on marine vessel-related services, with specific scoring categories including bid price, boat size/specifications/speed, captain's experience, estimated steam time, and past performance. Each criterion is assigned a multiplier, with the total maximum points available set at 100. The document is designed as a fillable PDF, with the first three evaluation criteria permanently set, while the last three (AMP, SOWMBA, Past Performance) can be modified based on the Procurement Management Team's requirements.
