Operations shall be conducted Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm during normal working hours, with extended hours or Saturday work available by Town approval. The contractor bears sole responsibility for site conditions following the initial inspection and must indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Waterford against any claims or liabilities arising from contracted activities. The document emphasizes caution regarding hazardous site conditions including slick grass on slopes, buried or semi-buried rocks in drainage ditches, and potential burrowing animals or stinging insects.
