About this file
This document is a response to clarifying questions submitted by interested firms for Invitation to Bid #2022-43 for the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility ("WRRF") Fill Removal project. The project requires the removal of woody debris from clearing and grubbing, and the contractor will need to obtain a city permit to use water from an adjacent hydrant for dust control, soil preparation, and irrigation after seeding. The project is located in Clackamas County and Oregon City, Oregon.
The bid invitation does not allow for onsite placement of the woody debris from clearing. Additionally, the contracting agency, WES, does not have a water supply conveniently available at the project site, so the contractor will need to obtain a city permit to use water from an adjacent hydrant.
