The form is completed for the "HORIZONTAL AUTOMATIC BEAM SAW Combined Synopsis/Solicitation," dated February 23, 2026, authored by Michael Pitone from ACC Redstone CCAM-DSL. The information is intended for public release on SAM.gov with an anticipated release date of ASAP. The product format is classified as "Other" (combined synopsis/solicitation). The Author concurred for public release. The form documents the multi-step OPSEC review process, which includes technical review, government supervisor approval, legal review (if applicable), OPSEC officer review, and public affairs review. The OPSEC Officer, Kenneth R. Purdin (ACC-RSA G3), signed the form on February 23, 2026. The document provides detailed guidance on the OPSEC review process, including nine procedural steps and examples of potentially inappropriate information for public release, such as procurement-sensitive information, operational details, equipment vulnerabilities, budget data, personally identifiable information, and logistics support details. The form confirms that all necessary reviews were completed and approval was granted for the solicitation's public release.
