About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Bid No. BDC34-22/23 related to the Mizell-Johnson State Park - Vehicular Bridges 860160 - 860161 project. The addendum provides clarification on the bid requirements, specifically addressing questions about the estimated repair quantities for the two bridges. It notes that the estimated repair quantities are listed on sheet S101 of the plans, and that contractors are responsible for verifying the quantities. The addendum also states that in all other respects, the contract documents remain in full force and effect.
The bid is a lump sum contract, and contractors are advised to include this addendum with their bid submission. Failure to do so may be grounds for bid rejection. The bid is open to contractors, and the contract will be awarded to the successful bidder. No additional details are provided regarding pricing, set asides, funding sources, or the contract term.
