About this file
This document is Addendum #2 to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Bid No. BDC23-24/25 for the Fort Zachary State Park Beach Renourishment project. The addendum notifies bidders of revisions to the construction drawings to align with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Sand-Placement Statewide Biological Opinion, including adjustments to the foreshore beach slope and a reduction in the total bid volume of sand from 5,000 CY to 4,600 CY. The revised plans are incorporated into the bid package and supersede the original documents. Bidders are instructed to include a signed acknowledgment of receipt of this addendum with their bid submission.
The document provides details on accessing the revised bid package on the DEP's public website and contact information for the DEP's Contracts Section for any questions. Aside from the noted revisions, the contract documents remain in full force and effect.
