The addendum addresses a question related to the longshoreman's insurance requirement, clarifying that it is not needed if the work is not performed in the water. The project involves beach and dune restoration work, and the addendum notes that the other contract documents remain in full force and effect.
The document does not provide details on the specific products or services requested, quantities, response dates, site visits, award dates, or contract term. It also does not include information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial terms.
