About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Bayshore Community Redevelopment Area, detailing landscape maintenance services for residential parcels within the CRA jurisdiction in Florida. The CRA seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscaping services including initial clearing and cleaning of designated residential properties, followed by ongoing maintenance to ensure compliance with CRA standards and aesthetic requirements. The scope encompasses regular maintenance activities to preserve property conditions and neighborhood appearance. The document establishes the performance standards and expectations for the selected contractor, with services required to meet the specific guidelines established by the Bayshore CRA.

The contract is structured as an ongoing service agreement with the selected vendor responsible for continuous landscape maintenance of identified residential parcels. Pricing and contract terms, including the specific duration of the agreement and any renewal options, are to be determined through the procurement process. The CRA will evaluate vendor proposals based on qualifications, experience in landscape maintenance, ability to meet CRA standards, and pricing competitiveness. Funding for these services is provided through the Collier County CRA budget allocated for property maintenance and community redevelopment activities in the Bayshore area.
