About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division for a brand-name-only purchase order solicitation (W51AA1-27-Q-A006).
The Government seeks one custom-engineered, chemically resistant drop-in/bonded tank liner specifically designed for Paint Strip Tank PS-10. The liner must be fabricated from 3/16" thick 304 stainless steel plate with dimensions of 143.625" x 50.625" x 72.375" deep (outer dimensions) and a 3.25" rim height. The brand-name restriction is limited to PKG Equipment, as the original manufacturer possesses proprietary fabrication drawings, engineering tolerances, heating element clearances, tank ancillary clearances, and material compatibility data not owned by the Government. Prospective offerors must have active SAM registration with no exclusions or debt subject to offset and be found responsible per FAR 9.1.
Complete offers must include: (1) completed SF 1449 form with specified blocks and authorized company official signature including valid delivery date; (2) specifications and dimensions of the proposed product; (3) proof that the product is manufactured by PKG; and (4) all signed amendments if applicable. All submissions must be emailed to contracting specialist kaila.e.black.civ@army.mil by the closing date specified in the solicitation. Award will be based on price, delivery, and conformance to all specifications on an all-or-none basis. Questions must be submitted by 10/21/2026.
