This document is a detailed specification sheet for Fulton County Police Department uniform and insignia procurement, listing various patches, badges, and sleeve insignia. The document outlines nine specific items to be purchased, each with a quantity of one, including "FULTON COUNTY POLICE" shoulder patches (standard and with rocker), badge patches in silver/gold/subdued colors, multiple sleeve insignia for different police ranks (Police Officer II, Police Officer III, F.T.O., Sergeant), and two hat badges from Blackinton Badge Company - one in silver and one in gold. Both hat badges feature the full-color Georgia state seal, with variations in finish and letter coloration.

The specification sheet provides precise details about each item's characteristics, such as cloth material for sleeve insignia, specific badge styles (Blackinton Badge Company style #b 720), and finish details like silver rhodium or gold plate. The uniform components appear to be standardized to ensure consistent representation of rank and department affiliation.
