1. Can the CLIN period of performance dates be different then what is identified in the CLIN structure?

Answer – The dates are suggested dates, yes you can adjust the dates but you can't exceed the suggested

2. Are Canadian companies allowed to be a subcontractor for the Prime’s proposal?

Answer - Yes, as long as they submit a DD 2345 for a Military Critical Technical Data Agreement through the U.S./CANADA JOINT CERTIFICATION OFFICE DLA LOGISTICS INFORMATION

3. Can specific components from other foreign vendors be purchased to use for our design?

Answer - Yes materials may be purchased from foreign vendors, but the foreign company can't be part of the development.
