Purchase Description – Fulton Armory Wall Lockers

Delivery and Installation

Product Description: 24”X24”X72” Wall Lockers – 86 EA Delivery and Installation Location: 1501 Westminster Avenue Fulton, MO 65251

Salient characteristics:

1. Locker will be approximately: 24” wide x 24” deep x 72” tall (approximate to be considered as a variable of 1” for deep, wide, and tall).

2. Standard stock color to be GRAY OR TAN.

3. 18 gauge or greater perforated steel body construction, 14 gauge or greater perforated steel door construction.

4. Hinge will be continuous piano hinge or equivalent reliability/function/strength.

Hinge (right) pattern shall all be the same per room.

5. Handle will be stainless steel or equivalent strength/rustproof (recessed) with three-point latch

6. Perforated doors to provide for easy viewing of contents and air-flow. The sides and back do not have to be perforated.

7. One “hat” shelf

8. One standard clothes hangar bar below the shelf

9. Interior hooks below the hangar bar.

Installation Service and Shipping Information

1. Complete installation services provided by contractor

2. All installation to take place during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Monday-Friday).

3. All existing lockers will be moved by the Missouri National Guard. Rooms will be cleared before shipment arrival.

4. Armory doesn’t have a loading dock but has a forklift that can be operated by 229th

MMB Soldiers to unload materials from a semi-truck. Transportation of the lockers to the delivery location for installation will be the responsibility of the contractor.

5. Units can assist with pallet jacks or forklifts for the movement of materials once truck has arrived with the lockers.

6. Coordination for getting the contracted installers into the building will be disclosed with the awardee and a unit POC will be assigned. No keys will be given out to the contractors. Installers must have a State/Government Issued photo ID in order to be given access to the building.

7. Installer will be responsible for removal of all trash and waste materials created by the delivery and installation of the lockers.

8. Staging area to pre-assemble lockers prior to being moved into locker rooms will be available.

9. Warranty: All products shall include the standard commercial warranty.
