Patient Restraints
Objective of the Acquisition
The Missouri Army National Guard’s Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD) is seeking to purchase 67 each Patient Restraints Assemblies for Interim MEDEVAC Mission Support System (IMMSS) rescue/recovery kits. These restraints are utilized to safely secure patients in the rescue/recovery litters during transport and are essential to the kits.
Patient Restraint Assembly Salient Characteristics:
CLIN 0001: IMMSS Patient Restraint Assembly, Model SK-965 SKED-EVAC - 67 Ea.
a) Vendor must be the manufacturer or an authorized distributor of the product.
b) Patient Restraints must be brand-new; not refurbished or rebuilt.
c) Black color, nylon loop type with double locking, quick release safety buckles.
d) Must contain instructions on how to use, inspect, maintain, and replace the components as they wear out.
Any offered product must meet the above objective of the acquisition. Items that do not meet all the salient characteristics, while still meeting the objective of the acquisition may still be submitted for a technical review. The government retains the sole right to determine technical acceptability of an offer, and to reject any offer it deems does not meet the objective and/or characteristics.
