SUBJECT: B7429 BOILER REPLACEMENT
The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all items listed below. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required items. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
**This is a unique requirement. There is not an incumbent.**
The Government anticipates the need for a new boiler to be delivered to JBSA-Lackland. The boiler should at a minimum meet the size and utility connection footprint of Cleaver Brooks Model # CBLE-4D-700-100-125HW (460/3/60)-UC-STD/CFG. Installation will NOT be part of this requirement.
Please answer the following questions to assist the Government in developing the solicitation of this requirement. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.

5. This request for information (RFI) is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award.
6. All questions and responses to this sources sought/market research must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer Mr. Keegan Hoover (keegan.hoover.2@us.af.mil) & the Contract Specialist SrA Gavin Campbell (gavin.campbell.1@us.af.mil). Responses shall be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format not later than 24 November 2021 by 1:00 PM CST.
7. Respondent will not be notified of the results of the information. However, the Contracting Officer will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning. All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified. Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants. This market survey is issued to determine the applicable planning and acquisition strategy based on responses indicating capability in responding to this requirement.
