During the period of performance of the contract, the number of aircraft may vary. Other than the minimum contract amount stated in AGAR clause 452.216-73 below, no guarantee is given as to the actual number of inspection hours, hourly labor or parts required during the term of this contract.
3) Line items (a), (b) and (c) are firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity.
4) The pricing for parts online item (e), is based on the contractor’s commercial pricing and shall be consistent with best pricing offered to most favored customers. The costs of the contractor’s parts shall include their material handling costs. The estimated cost of the parts line items are estimated only and are not guaranteed.
5) Repairs under line item (d) are to be performed as firm fixed price. For any needed repairs the contractor must first provide the USDA, APHIS, WS Contracting Officer Representative (COR) a firm fixed price quote based on their assessment of the repairs to be completed.
