About this file
The provided document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a service and maintenance agreement for a Wyatt DynaPro Plate Reader II/III system used by the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The SOW outlines the general and specific requirements for the service and maintenance agreement, including one annual onsite preventative maintenance visit, priority onsite service, loaner equipment, software upgrades, and repair/replacement of components. The period of performance is from September 30, 2024 to September 29, 2028, with a base year and three option years. The government is seeking to award this contract on a sole-source basis to Wyatt Technology, as they are the only authorized provider of parts, supplies, and services for this proprietary system. Interested parties may submit capability statements, but the government has determined that Wyatt Technology is the only reasonably available source to meet this requirement.
