About this file

This is a seller checklist document for the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department's Office Automation Program, designed to guide vendors through the quote submission process on the PHLContracts platform. The checklist outlines a multi-step submission procedure requiring vendors to complete various tabs within the online system, including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. Vendors must confirm their seller role, answer mandatory questions about Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status (though the LBE Program does not apply to this procurement), provide unit costs and discounts for listed items, review and accept terms and conditions, and submit all required documentation before finalizing their quotes.

The procurement relates to Electronic Signature Pads for the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Key requirements specify that all deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock, with vendors responsible for providing installation and configuration costs unless otherwise directed by the City. Vendors are required to submit product literature at the City's request. The checklist emphasizes that red validation messages will appear until all required fields are completed across each tab, and vendors must address these warnings before submission is possible through the PHLContracts.phila.gov portal.
