About this file
This document is a set of Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140A2324Q0285 for a security camera upgrade at the Turtle Mountain location. The key details are:
The existing video surveillance system is an American Dynamics Victor 5.3 system with Honeywell H3D2F1 cameras. The RFQ is to upgrade 58 indoor cameras, with no changes required to the existing cabling, network connectivity, or video management system. The agency is seeking an "or equal" alternative camera to the discontinued Honeywell model. No new network video recorders are required. The agency needs to confirm the camera resolution, camera locations (indoor/outdoor), video retention requirements, and access to the existing video surveillance system passwords prior to deployment of the new cameras.
