About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details dumpster rental and disposal services for Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Smyrna, Delaware. The project requires providing two types of 30-yard dumpsters for demolition debris: one for concrete materials (half-filled due to weight constraints) and another for general construction debris. The work is scheduled from July 7-28, 2025, with an expected two-week completion window, during which the contractor may need to swap up to 8 dumpsters per day.
Pricing will include initial delivery fees, per-haul fees for full removal and return, and per-ton disposal fees for both material types. The contractor must provide detailed documentation, including written tickets for dumpster arrivals and departures, and report disposal weights within 24 hours. Materials will be sorted and recycled to the maximum extent possible, with all materials considered property of the contract upon pickup. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service, with Solicitation Number 140FS325Q0052, and interested contractors can contact David Miller, GAOA Project Coordinator, for additional information.
