3. Description of Service:

- Recruitment & training of all Chemawa youth & adult judge volunteers, as well as scheduling necessary communication.

-Coordinate communication with the Marion County Juvenile Dept., the Marion County Sheriff’s Dept., and the Chemawa staff regarding each you involved with Peer Court.

-Conduct intake interviews with youth offenders and collaborating with other service providers.

-Organize court sessions, including notification to all parties involved and preparing court Documents.

-Continued case management until youth either successfully complete program or is remanded to MCJD court for further jurisdiction.

-Coordinating educational workshops for your according to court accountability agreements.

-Coordinating service learning and leadership development activities for youth volunteers and offenders.

-Provide information on the expuction process to all youth that successfully complete the Peer Court Program.

-Shall respect and maintain the basic rights of students including personal dignity.

-Provides services in a professional and respectful manner when dealing with students and colleagues.

-Shall participate and complete orientation and trainings, as necessary.

Initial and annual training shall include but is not limited to Children Protection, Information and Network Security, Privacy, etc.

-The contract provider is responsible for his/her own food and lodging.

-Contractor shall work approximately 20 hours per week and shall not exceed 600 total hours during the school year. All federal holidays are excluded from work schedule.

-Overtime is not authorized under this contract.

-Contractor shall be a United States Citizen.

-At no point shall the Contractor store protected information, personal identifiable information

(PII)/personal health information (PHI), on personal e-mail servers, networks, accounts, or equipment.

Shall utilize DOI approved networks, accounts, and equipment.

-Shall use personal protective equipment to protect students and personnel from exposure to infectious disease as appropriate.

-Shall be knowledgeable on proper use, disposal, and care of personal protective equipment.

-Contractor shall be current on vaccinations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Polio, Tetanus & Diphtheria, Pertussis, Hepatitis B, Haemophilus influenzae type B, negative/inactive TB.

-Contractor shall fully comply with DOI policy regarding masking, social distancing, and testing as it pertains the COVID-19 and its variants.

> Memorandum-Certification of vaccination for contractor employees working in any Federal building or Federally controlled indoor worksite.

> OMB Control No. 3206-0277, Exp. Feb. 5, 2022 -Shall be knowledgeable and comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, policies, and regulations as it pertains to privacy, confidentiality, safety and protection of children.
