About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) from the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, used to evaluate a contractor's previous project performance. The form provides a standardized method for project owners/evaluators to rate a company's performance across multiple dimensions, including relationship with the client, corporate management, quality control, and ability to meet performance schedules. The questionnaire uses a rating scale from Outstanding (O) to Unacceptable (U) and includes questions about customer satisfaction, potential negative actions like cure notices, and whether the evaluator would award another contract to the company.

The PPQ is part of the solicitation package for the Historic Resource Study for William Howard Taft National Historic Site (Solicitation 140P6025Q0052), a small business set-aside contract with a $28 million size standard. The project is for preparing a comprehensive historic resource study, with an anticipated start date of July 25, 2025, and a 24-month performance period. Quotes are due by July 17, 2025, at 12:00 pm CDT, and will be evaluated on Technical factors, Past Performance, and Price, with award made to the offer providing the best value to the government.
