About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the manufacture and installation of a custom vinyl wrap to be affixed to a Mobile Ranger Station for the Missouri National Recreational River (MNRR), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS).
The SOW specifies that the selected vendor will be responsible for manufacturing a UV and scratch resistant vinyl wrap based on a provided mockup design. The vendor must verify measurements, apply creativity within brand standards, and ensure proper installation free of defects. MNRR will transport the Mobile Ranger Station to the vendor for installation, which must be completed within 90 days of award. Vendors are instructed to submit lump sum price bids. The related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation #140P6324Q0062, is for the MNRR Trailer Wrap Manufacture and Installation Purchase, issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Midwest Region.

STATEMENT OF WORK
The United States of America (through Missouri National Recreational River, “park,”) requires that the selected vendor be responsible for the manufacture and installation of a custom vinyl wrap to be affixed to its Mobile Ranger Station (refer to diagrams for dimensions). The wrap is to have UV resistant and scratch resistant properties. The park understands that the vendor will likely need to verify dimensions on site. The park has presented a mockup of the proposed wrap that is representative of the complexity of the design that is required. The park will provide the vender with the required image and font assets. The vender shall create a design using provided assets that follows the fundamental design concepts of the mockup. The vender shall verify measurements. The vender is encouraged to apply some creativity. The vender shall inform the park if an image asset is not of sufficient quality for the final wrap so that a replacement image can be provided. Prior to printing the wrap, the vender shall provide a first proof for the park to review and confirm adherence to National Park Service brand standards. The vender shall ensure that the wrap installation is free of bubbles, misaligned seams, or other defects.
The park shall transport the Mobile Ranger Station to the vender for installation. The park shall coordinate a time for delivery of the Mobile Ranger Station and the installation of the wrap. The vender shall complete the installation of the wrap within 90 days of award.
Venders shall report their bid responses as lump sum prices.
The park point of contract for this contract shall be:
