Controls often require someone from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or factory certified technician to recalibrate or rewrite the system back into operating conditions.
Historical data was collected for previous generators purchased. Companies within the GSA Advantage website who have contracts to provide the required generators and transfer switches were contacted to provide information. There are at least vendors in GSA Advantage who would be able to fulfill the requirement. The requirement can be met by standard commercial supply based on industry standards and security needs.
Price will be determined fair and reasonable by competition, comparison to historical prices, and the IGCE.
