Accordingly, the Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of the wall remnants and the asbestos tile and mastic.

Rooms 32A and 32B must be completed separately and sequentially. There is sensitive equipment in each that must be moved to the other when each room is abated. The Government will move the equipment to room 32A immediately following room 32B abatement.

Any spills caused by the Contractor must be cleaned up by the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for all disposal of Contractor-provided hazardous material.

The Contractor shall notify the TPOC of any potentially hazardous situations which may occur during performance of this contract. (Possible example: the noise emitted from the equipment precludes unprotected personnel from being closer than 50 feet.)

The Contractor shall notify the TPOC if any part of the laboratory must be isolated from all Government personnel during performance of this contract.
