About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, USACE Mission Support Battalion, for the procurement of Vehicle Brake Pad Sets for use in the US Army Individual Terrorism Awareness Course (INTAC). The RFQ was issued on July 1, 2026, and will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order issued through System For Award Management (SAM.Gov) in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(2).
Quotes are due by July 10, 2026, at 12:30 PM ET and must be submitted via email to Douglas.E.Pohlman@usace.army.mil and Gregory.B.Booker@usace.army.mil. Offerors must submit two components: a Technical Quote (limited to 5 pages maximum) that includes the company name and address, point of contact information, SAM UEI Number, Cage Code Number, a statement of proposal validity for at least 30 calendar days, a brief technical capability statement, and any technical assumptions and constraints; and a Price Quote submitted as an Excel file with unlocked formulas showing pricing and calculations for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). The price submission should include separate discount columns if applicable. Offerors are required to submit complete pricing for both the base year and one option year to be considered for award. The Government intends to award based on a technically acceptable quote meeting all Purchase Description requirements along with a fair and reasonable price, and plans to conduct the evaluation without exchanges unless the Contracting Officer determines exchanges necessary. Offerors must maintain active SAM registration prior to award and mark any proprietary information as such to ensure protection under the Office of Procurement Policy Act.
