19. Liquid Line Drier troubleshooting and diagnostics. This includes all labor, parts, equipment and test materials required to successfully diagnose the root cause of liquid line drier failures in the high and low side refrigeration systems of a 16-WM16 box, including failures requiring replacement before the end of the expected service life for the part, and failures which cause the cold box to fault or cease nominal function.
20. Liquid Line Drier repair and replacement. This includes all parts and labor necessary to repair root cause issues identified by Liquid Line Drier failures, Cold Box failures localized to the Liquid Line Driers, and root cause issues manifesting through Liquid Line Drier failures, both acute failures and reduced maintenance/component replacement intervals. Repair and replacement includes optional system modifications with valves and bypass elements to allow liquid line driers to be replaced without shutting the cold box down in the future.
21. Valve failure troubleshooting and diagnostics. This includes all labor, parts, equipment and test materials required to successfully diagnose the root cause of failures in all refrigeration system one and two (high and low stage systems) valves, including but not limited to, thermostatic expansion valves, solenoid valves, transfer valves and dump valves, on 16-WM16 Cold Boxes.
22. Valve failure repairs. This includes all parts, labor, expendable materials and replenishment of refrigerant required to repair failures in all refrigeration system one and two (high and low stage systems) valves, including but not limited to, thermostatic expansion valves, solenoid valves, transfer valves and dump valves, on 16-WM16 Cold Boxes, to include the procurement of replacement valves if necessary.
