· The Contractor shall either arrange for pickup or be in the range of 180 miles from van’s location.
· Generator (6500W) for Lab AC, Lab lights, and powering sample processing equipment. Needs to be sectioned off in a completely enclosed area and vented to the outside of the van and needs to be accessible from outside of the van. Needs to have a push start button located with the lab portion of the van.
· Air conditioner will be installed on top of the van to cool lab portion of the vehicle that will be separated from van cab. Could possibly be connected to vent system in back of van. May need extra support on the roof of the van for support of air conditioner.
· Electricity in the back of the van with 2 double 110 outlets inside on driver side of the van, and 1 double 110 outlet inside on the passenger side (3 total). Strip of low-profile LED lights down center of van installed on the inner roof. Two covered outlets outside of van—one on each side. Electricity and lights in lab portion of vehicle to be powered by generator.
· An enclosed area at rear of van that is walled off from the rest of the vehicle and is accessible only from the rear van doors. This wall will need to have the capability to prevent any carbon monoxide from entering the lab area of the van. Need 4 floor-mounted tie-down anchors that fold flush with the floor and drain in the corner opposite generator.
· Counters on the rear wall of the van and along the driver side (opposite of the side sliding door). Both of which to include flush mounted sinks. Sinks does not need faucet and should drain to open space storage cabinet under sink to store holding tank for sink. Preferred size of sink would be 15in by 13in by 7in. Counter tops need to be 20in deep and installed 38in from floor of van.
· Port to outside of van from under-sink waste-water storage tanks. Port needs to be outfitted with a hose adapter to allow water to be released away from where van is parked. Needs to have water release controls outside of van.
· Rear cabinets – Open-storage under-counter cabinets for rear counter area including doors.
· Driver side cabinets – Under counter cabinets with shelves and drawers for counter to left of sink on driver side, including doors. Open-storage under-counter cabinets under driver side sink, including doors. Empty space under cabinet to right of driver side sink, with 4 floor-mounted tie-down anchors that fold flush with the floor to secure cooler/equipment
· Overhead cabinets on driver side (opposite of side sliding door). One area of the overhead cabinet space should be open space for location of one water carboy container (12” wide). The open space container area should be above the sink, and with a hole in the bottom at front of cabinet to pass a tube through (1” diameter minimum). All cabinets should be white and no metals except for necessary closures, fasteners, and handles. All cabinet doors / drawers need to be lockable or secured with hardware that will prevent opening during vehicle movement. All cabinets should have D-rings/tie-down anchors to strap down stored equipment.
· Passenger side - On the side of the van with the sliding door a floor-to-ceiling clean storage cabinet. Should include storage of 1 corrosive cabinet and 1 flammables cabinet.
· Need insulation on walls of truck for air conditioner efficiency and should be covered with white material that is not metallic.
· New floor installed with light colored, water-resistant, easy-to-clean similar to durable linoleum.
· Need closeable ports mounted on the side walls of the vehicle that will allow 1in tubing to pass through from the outside and enter over the sinks.
· Need trailer hitch receiver installed
· If necessary, need spare tire re-mounted if current location interferes with trailer hitch receiver installment.
