About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the decommissioning and upfitting of six law enforcement vehicles for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Phoenix District Office.
The SOW details a three-phase process to decommission six Dodge 2500 Power Wagon trucks and one Chevrolet Tahoe. The decommissioning services include removing emergency lights, radios, electrical components, and law enforcement markings, and reinstalling OEM equipment. The upfitting services include installing and outfitting the new replacement vehicles with emergency equipment, prisoner cages, consoles, lighting systems, communication systems, weapon racks, and other necessary equipment and electronics. The contractor must have specific qualifications and capabilities to perform the required services. The SOW also includes a list of contractor-supplied equipment that must be provided for the upfitting of each vehicle. This document is associated with a federal contract opportunity (Solicitation #140L6424Q0043) for the decommissioning and upfitting services.
