About this file

This is a custodial supplies specifications sheet for Yosemite National Park's annual procurement of cleaning and maintenance materials. The National Park Service seeks supply and delivery of various custodial items throughout the park for the entire fiscal year. Offerors must provide all items as listed or acceptable alternatives, with Hillyard brand chemicals specifically requested; substitutions are permitted only if compatible with the existing Hillyard chemical mixing stations already in use at the park. All shipping costs must be included in the proposal submission. Delivery is required within 30 days of contract award, with all items palleted, wrapped, and delivered together on the same day to the NPS warehouse located at 5083 Foresta Road, El Portal, California 95318. Offerors anticipating longer lead times must clearly specify the extended delivery timeframe in their quotes.

Vendors must coordinate with the point of contact established at contract award and provide 48 hours' notice prior to delivery to ensure park staff are present for unloading and acceptance. Delivery is restricted to 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with the facility closed on federal holidays. Critical access restrictions apply: vehicles over 45 feet are prohibited in the park, and one-way controlled traffic is enforced 24/7 for vehicles 20 miles east of Mariposa due to ongoing rockslide repairs. Additionally, Highway 41 leading to Wawona may close during inclement weather. Offerors must contact Brian Roppolo at brian_roppolo@nps.gov to obtain the detailed attachment listing all required items, quantities, and other relevant specifications.
