About this file
This performance work statement outlines trash collection services required at the Keysville Special Recreation Management Area in California. The Bureau of Land Management seeks a contractor to provide trash removal from multiple designated areas within the recreation site on a regular schedule as well as an emergency on-call basis. Services include emptying 3-yard and 40-yard trash bins and dumpsters and transporting waste to a local landfill. The contractor must respond to requests within 24 hours and replace any damaged equipment promptly. Acceptable performance is defined as completing all tasks without more than one unsatisfactory inspection result per week. Inspections will occur one to two times weekly to verify proper completion of services.
