BASIC SPECIFICATIONS

Engine power shall be at least 130hp with high flow attachment connected.

The machine shall have a SAE rated operating capacity of Minimum 4150 lbs at 35% and 6000 lbs @ 50%

The height to the top of the cab shall be no more than 91 in.

Machine shall have a minimum ground clearance of no less than 10 in.

Joystick Control

ENGINE

All equipment must meet or exceed U.S. EPA engine emission standards in effect for manufacturing as of the date of purchase contract. No waivers or credits may be applied.

Engine shall be direct fuel injected, turbocharged, liquid cooled, diesel.

Engine shall be equipped with a cold weather package. For use in cold climates and at higher altitudes for better cold starting and hydraulic performance. Must be able to operate at -26 degrees. Must provide similar items like block/jacket water heater and a thermal bypass valve that allows hydraulic oil to bypass the cooler to warm more quickly.

Air filtration shall be accomplished via a radial seal air cleaner with a secondary backup. The air intake system shall include a pre-cleaner, as well as a convenient in-cab air flow restriction indicator.

The engine and hydraulic oil coolers shall have an ambient temperature cooling capacity of 100° F.

The cooling fan and radiator shall allow easy access to the engine.

Unit shall have an enclosed fan that can run reverse direction on either automatic or operator mode and fan drive guarding

The cooling fan shall be driven so that it maintains constant airflow and fan speed, even under a load that would cause the engine to lug.

The engine compartment shall have a debris barrier and be lockable.

The machine shall have braided, color-coded and numbered wiring harness for easy diagnostics.

The machine shall have sealed pin connectors to prevent dirt and moisture infiltration.

The machine shall have a main system relay to prevent fires.

POWERTRAIN/TRANSMISSION

Two hydrostatic drive pumps shall be splined directly to the engine via a flexible coupling for maximum efficiency, reliability and serviceability.

Shall have 2 speed travel control.

Hand and foot throttles shall be provided to allow the operator to match engine speed to a task. The hand throttle shall allow the operator to maintain consistent engine speed and the foot throttle shall allow the operator to vary engine speed and minimize fuel consumption.

Maximum forward travel speed shall be at least 7 mph with two speed option.

STEERING

The machine shall be equipped with a hydraulically operated joystick that controls the forward/reverse and steering directions.

BRAKES

Machine shall have a spring applied, hydraulically released parking brake that shall automatically engage when arm bar is raised and shall be designed to hold machine static at any point on a 2 to 1 slope.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

Machine shall be equipped with an auxiliary hydraulic cooler.

The high - flow pump flow of the machine shall be at least 40 gal/min. Must be enough flow to operates the mulching head without overheating.

The hydraulic pressure of the machine shall be at least 4400 psi.

Machine shall be equipped with auxiliary hydraulics activated by a thumb switch located on joystick.

The machine shall be equipped with a hydraulic tank that has an anti-cavitation loop.

The machine shall be equipped with hydraulic pressure hoses that shall have steel spiral wraps with burst protection of at least 4,000 psi.

Standard auxiliary hydraulics to power tools shall be available through quick connect hydraulic couplings that are rigidly mounted to the loader arm.

The machine shall be equipped with a high-flow to standard-flow switch located in the cab.

AXLES

Machine shall have heavy-duty torsion axles to suspend each side of the undercarriage from the machine frame and axles shall be shock absorbing

UNDERCARRIAGE

Rubber track Bared track shall be lightweight, pliable and reinforced. Minimum 17.7-inch inch wide

Machine ground pressure shall not exceed 5 psi.

Undercarriage shall consist of an open design that allows easy cleaning of components.

Shall come with removeable snow and ice cleats for winter operations

ELECTRICAL

The machine shall be equipped with a battery that has at least 12 volts and 1000 CCA for cold start capabilities in 32° F (0°C) climate.

The machine shall have a backup alarm.

The machine shall have two LED rear working lights, two LED rear taillights, two LED adjustable front lights, Side LED lights for operator visibility of 360 degrees dome light, and a LED low profile strobe warning beacon.

OPERATORS STATION

The machine shall be equipped with deep skid-resistant, self-cleaning steps.

The machine shall have no foot controls used to operate loader arm, tilt function or auxiliary hydraulics.

The machine shall be equipped with both a hand and a foot throttle with an option to Change to DeCell Throttle

The machine shall have a retractable seat belt.

The machine shall have an adjustable suspension air-ride cloth seat.

The machine shall come standard with an arm bar that when lifted, automatically engages the machine parking brake for added operator comfort and safety.

The machine shall be equipped with ROPS protective structure meeting SAE J1040 standards.

Machine shall come with impact resistant heavy-duty door to be used in Forestry applications.

Shall have 3" seatbelt

Machine shall come with Poly Carbonate enclosed cab door

The machine shall be equipped with a Level II FOPS structure for Falling object protection in Forestry applications and Demoing applications meeting SAEJ/ISO 3449 standards.

The machine shall have an enclosed cab with air conditioning, heater, and defroster system.

The machine shall have a horn, headliner, fuel gauge, and an hour meter.

Heater shall be equipped with an integrated shutoff valve for summer operation.

The machine shall have audible warning alarms for engine coolant temperature, engine oil pressure and hydraulic oil temperature.

The cab door shall be equipped with a lockout mechanism that prevents loader arm movement with door in open position and constructed/designed for use in demolition or forestry applications with a wiper and washer.

The machine shall be equipped with a rear view camera placed in location on the machine where susceptibility of damage is minimal. The display screen located in the cab and placed in a location that will not affect operator view in the cab.

The side safety glass shall be sliding, and the rear safety glass shall have emergency exit capability.

All glass shall be Level 1 bullet resistant glass or guarding for operator protection in Forestry application and Demoing applications

Machine shall be equipped with a standard 12V electrical socket.

Shall provide and install an AM/FM/Weather band radio with Bluetooth/Satellite capability.

Machine shall be equipped with emergency backup alarm when in reverse. Alarm shall be minimum 102 decibel

LOADER LINKAGE/STRUCTURES

The pins shall have countersunk grease fittings to protect them from damage.

The machine shall be equipped with two tilt cylinders, protected by a heavy-duty torque tube.

The machine shall have a tipping capacity of at least 12000 lb.

The machine shall have a dump angle of at least 44° for superior bucket cleanout.

The machine shall have an arched transition to the coupler for increased dump clearance.

The machine shall have a rated operating capacity of at least 4000-4500 lbs at 35% without adding additional counterweights.

The machine shall have a self-leveling hydraulic system.

The vertical lift linkage shall provide a consistent and uniform lift path for maximum reach throughout the entire lift cycle.

Maximum hinge pin height at maximum lift shall be at least 130 in.

Reach at maximum lift and dump shall be at least 30 in.

Clearance at maximum lift and dump shall be at least 115 in.

Roll back angle at ground level shall be at least 27 degrees.

Maximum reach with arms parallel to the ground shall be 46 in.

Tilt cylinder breakout force shall be at least 9500 lb.

Lift cylinder breakout force with high flow shall be at least 6000 lb.

REQUIRED WORK TOOL OPTIONS

Machine shall have a universal quick coupler.

Coupler shall have hydraulic engagement and disengagement of work tools from inside the cab.

Machine shall have a work tool electrical switch.

SERVICEABILITY

Maintenance points shall be grouped in easily accessible locations.

The machine shall be equipped with grouped, spin-on, fuel/water separator, engine oil and hydraulic oil filters.

The radiator, hydraulic oil cooler and grill shall be protected by a guard and still maintain access to the engine.

The machine shall be equipped with sight gauges on the hydraulic tank and the radiator.

The machine shall be equipped with standard system pressure and fluid analysis test ports.

The machine shall have an electronic port allowing electronic machine diagnostics.

The machine shall have a cab that tilts which exposes all pumps, motors, valves and lines by an individual using a single tool.

The machine shall have a cab that is held in place by a self-latching mechanism.

The machine shall not have any required maintenance points that require lifting of the cab structure.

Machine shall have a solid steel door, with a bumper that slightly protrudes beyond the door, in order to prevent damage to engine compartment components.

The rear door shall open 90 degrees for easy access to both sides of the mounted engine.

A removable belly pan section in the floor of the lower frame shall provide access for periodic cleaning.

The machine shall have environmental style fluid drains with fluid sampling ports.

MINIMUM SERVICE FILL CAPACITIES

Cooling system shall have at least a 4-gal capacity.

Fuel tank shall have a least a 36-gal capacity or more

Hydraulic system shall have at least a 15-gal capacity.

Hydraulic tank shall have at least a 7-gal capacity.

Engine crankcase shall have at least a 2-gal capacity.

OWNING AND OPERATING COSTS

The machine shall come with an Equipment Premier Protection plan of 3 years, or 2000 hour and a copy of all warranty information will be provided to the delivery station.

Minimum of four hours of machine orientation shall be provided for each receiving location. It shall include operational, service and safe operating techniques.

Hard Copy Service Manual

The OEM will provide two (2) paper copies of the Owners/Operating Manuals and one (1) digital copy of the Parts Manual.

Machine shall come with a remote monitoring and assist management system. It shall include a minimum basic 5-year subscription of service.

SAFETY

The machine shall have four (4) tie down points.

The machine shall have a slow-moving emblem with a removable mounting system.

The machine shall have a 2 1/2 lb. ABC fire extinguisher mounted for emergency access.

Rear guarding and screening to protect engine compartment from falling or striking objects from top and sides. Guarding shall not inhibit access to engine compartment.
