About this file
This is a Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination document (WD# ID20260014) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor for building construction projects in Clearwater County, Idaho. The wage determination establishes prevailing wage rates applicable to federally-funded construction contracts in the specified geographic area, with Modification 1 effective May 18, 2026.
The document lists prevailing wage classifications and rates for various construction trades including boilermakers, bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, elevator mechanics, ironworkers, laborers, plumbers, roofers, sheet metal workers, truck drivers, painters, equipment operators, insulators, drywall finishers, cement masons, and welders. Wage rates are identified through union rate identifiers (SU, UAVG, SA, or SC designations) indicating whether rates derive from union collectively bargained agreements, weighted union averages, state-adopted rates, or supplemental classifications. The determination notes that Executive Order 13706 requires contractors to provide one hour of paid sick leave per 30 hours worked (up to 56 hours annually), and Executive Order 13658 establishes a minimum wage of $13.65 per hour for applicable contracts through December 31, 2026. The document includes procedures for wage determination appeals, directing survey-related inquiries to the Branch of Wage Surveys and other wage determination matters to the Branch of Construction Wage Determinations, both within the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division.
