About this file

The document is a Basis for Award (BFA) for the Zapata Falls Campground Improvements project issued by the Bureau of Land Management's San Luis Valley Field Office. The contract will be awarded based on price and other factors, with a significant emphasis on past performance evaluation. Past performance will be graded on a confidence scale, considering relevancy (similar work at similar elevation), recency, and customer satisfaction, with offerors required to provide three years of past performance examples including contract information, project description, and contact details. The government will also review performance information from databases like SAM.gov, CPARS, and FPDS. Pricing will be revealed to the technical evaluation board after other factors are graded and will serve as the deciding factor among similarly evaluated offers.
