About this file
This document is a Basis for Award for the Red Bridge Campground Improvements project issued by the Bureau of Land Management's Gunnison Field Office. The contract will be awarded based on price and other factors, with a specific focus on past performance evaluation. Offerors must provide past performance examples for similar work completed within the last three years, including contract information, project description, and contact details. Past performance will be graded on a confidence scale considering relevancy (similar work at similar elevation), recency, and customer satisfaction.
The evaluation process involves grading non-price factors first, with prices revealed to the technical evaluation board afterward. Pricing will be the deciding factor among similarly graded offers. Offerors' past performance will be assessed using information from the proposal and government databases such as SAM.gov, Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), and Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). The grading scale ranges from No Confidence to Significant Confidence, with more relevant and recent performance receiving higher ratings.
