PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The National Park Service, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation for purchase and delivery of fencing material to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Watford City, ND. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) that will follow this notice is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This is the preliminary notice of a solicitation that will follow.

· North Unit’s Mix Pit 208 Scenic Dr Watford City, ND 58854

Project Description: Purchase and deliver of fencing materials. To include (1,800) Steel Posts, (524) Treated will Blunt Wood Posts, (220) Woven Wire Rolls and (330) Horizontal Steel Braces to Theodore Roosevelt National Park North Unit in North Dakota.

Delivery Terms: 140 days

Procurement set aside: 100% Small Business

NAICS CODE: 331110 IRON AND STEEL MILLS AND FERROALLOY MANUFACTURING, Size standard 1,500 employees

The official solicitation package and its attachments will be issued and available within the next 5 business days and will be posted to Beta.Sam.gov. If there is a delay, the solicitation will follow as soon as possible. This is the preliminary notice of a solicitation 140P6321Q0044. The responses will be due approximately June 10, 2021. The specific date and time will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice.

The RFQ package, including applicable Specification & Drawing Document, will be posted to Beta.Sam.gov. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided.
