Synopsis:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Solicitation Number 140FHR25Q0004. The work requires the offeror to provide Construction Services for The Sand Lake National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). This work consists of rehabilitation of the fire tower.

This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.

The NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $45M.

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

(LPTA).

The Project Magnitude is Between $100K and $250K.

This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Evaluation of interested firms will be based on the following in the Solicitation:

1) Technical Approach

2) Past Performance

3) Price

The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1442), Statement of Work, and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to the https://www.sam.gov on or around 6/23/2025.

Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate in this requirement.

The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
