Pre-Solicitation Notice: National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) Central, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a solicitation for a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

Solicitation Number: 140P6325Q0003

Project Location: Badlands National Park, Interior SD

Project Description: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the pickup and disposal of solid waste for twelve dumpsters in various locations throughout Badlands National Park varying tips required per schedule depending on season and park visitation schedules. Contractors would provide dumpsters. Dumpsters would need to be painted sandstone in color.

Period of Performance:

BASEApril 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
Option Year1April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Option Year2April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028
Option Year3April 1, 2028 – March 31, 2029
Option Year4April 1, 2029 – March 31, 2030

Final contract performance periods may be adjusted due to solicitation and award process.

The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price service contract. The Government will place funded task orders for each ordering period.

The associated NAICS code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection Service. The small business size standard is $47 Million.

Notice of Set Aside: This acquisition is set-aside Unrestricted.

The RFQ package, including applicable statement of work, will be posted to http://www.sam.gov/. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided. Offerors must have a UEI number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.

The official solicitation package and its attachments will be available within the next 30 business days or as soon as possible and will be posted to http://www.sam.gov/. All offerors must be registered and active in the SAM to provide a competitive quote.
