Synopsis:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation Number 140FHR25R0008 Set-Aside for Total Small Business. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace the existing old entrance doors and frame and install new automatic doors that are compliant with the ADA requirements at the Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge. The new doors must be designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities, including those with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. The project is located at The Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) in Gautier, Mississippi Depot, which is at 1035 W Buccaneer Drive, Stowell, Texas 77665. The work site is located at 7200 Crane Lane in Gautier, MS. Contractors can work on this project 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications.
This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with
FAR 19.502-2.
The NAICS Code: 238350 - Finish Carpentry Contractors. Small Business Size Standard $19.0 million dollars. The PCS Code: Z2AA - Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings.
This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the lowest price.
The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1442), Statement of Work and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to the https://www.SAM.gov 07-28-25
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate in this requirement.
