The system must maintain 100% full ballistics (projectile & ricochets) containment to allow for placement at a zero-surface danger zone (SDZ) site creating a safe shooting environment. Containment integrity shall be coordinated with the design and installation of ventilation systems, environmental control systems, noise reduction controls, entry/exit controls and general construction. The modular containerized range system shall be designed and constructed with .308 caliber rated ballistic interior walls, ceiling, and must have two (2) steel vertical bullet traps to eliminate the possibility of projectiles from ricocheting toward the shooting stalls and shooters.

HVAC must be capable of maintaining a consistent interior temperature of 72 degrees

Fahrenheit regardless of the exterior temperature outside. The HVAC system must maintain constant air flow and a negative pressure to ensure that lead, smoke and airborne particulate are moved away from the shooter. All air must pass through a High

Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter rack before it is exhausted outside of the range system.
